Full Description

Ten flint implements, ie hand-axes of Paleolithic age found at Icklingham during the mid and later part of C19 by Henry Prigg. For a time at Salisbury Museum but now at Moyses Hall Museum per the Hon. R E Erskine, 7 September 1951 (S1). Moyses Hall presumably also has other Palaeolithic artefacts from Icklingham.
