Full Description
2012: Evaluation trenching for an Anglian Water Pipeline revealed four ditches. Two of the ditches were undated likely to have been part of the same boundary which may have had an entrance towards the centre. A further ditch also revealed no dating material. One of the ditches revealed unglazed redware, clay pipe and post medieval roof tile (S1).
Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2013 (S2)
Archaeological desk based assessment of the route of the water main (S3).
