Full Description

Small three storey tower mill. It ceased work in 1913 after which the cap was removed and steam power installed. It was pulled down after the 1939/45 war and all that remains is some broken down walling. There were four patent sails, a domed cap with tailpole, and a pair each of peak and French stones (S1). First mapped in 1824 (s2) and visible on the 1st edition OS map (S3).
