Full Description
1970s: A high density scatter of Roman pottery, including amphora, was identified during the construction of a housing estate around 1-17 Roman Way and Clopton Drive. Pottery was also possibly identified in the wider area. The finds were re-buried in a large pit near the chimney brest at 13 Roman Way (S1)
Site lies within the Roman settlement area (See LMD 172).
