Full Description

Archaeological monitoring identified traces of a possible 16th century layer. This was localised to the northern third of the building and contained a single sherd of pottery. A single post medieval feature was cut into this layer. A brick arch relating to the footings of an earlier building visible on the 1886 Ordnance Survey map was also identified (S1).
