Full Description

2013: Post Medieval pit was identifed during monitoring of groundworks. Spoil from the area of the pit was searched for finds and a single sherd of unglazed earthernware pottery was found. This is likely to belong to a flowerpot of 18th to 20th century date. The large pit is therefore likely to be of fairly recent date (S1).
