Full Description
Tessellated pavement fragments. Two fragments, the largest 6ins square, tesserae of limestone or low grade marble, five-eighths inches square, set in 2ins thick cement.
Found in ploughsoil, probably not in situ, suggested tourist trophy (S1)(R1). However finds of greyware pottery, brooch and ?base of a figurine said to have been found around here (S2).
