Full Description

1993: A scatter of Roman coins and a medieval seal matrix were found presumably during metal detecting. The coins are all of late 2nd century to early 4th century in date. The exact find spot of the scatter is unclear but they were found in Badwell Ash parish. The finds were handed to St Edmundsbury Museum service under the enquiry code BSEMH 1365 (S1).
