Full Description
1995: Medieval and post medieval metalwork scatter.
Gilded bronze harness oendant, pierced fleur de lis fitting with hinged fragment attached, medieval, details in (S1).
Post medieval bronze clasp and bronze fitting with small wire loop, details in (S1).
Silver short cross type penny, inscribed, dating between 1205 and 1210, details in (S1).
Small bronze stud, medieval, shield shaped with incised cross, 12.6mm by 10.8mm, 2mm thick, 8mm long shaft, details in (S1).
Bronze cross shaped mount with expanded pierced terminals, corroded, possible relief decoration, traces of solder on reverse, 30mm by 28.5 mm, 2.7mm thick, details in (S1).
