Full Description
"4 miles N from Woodbridge is a rectangular site surrounded by a ditch, now worn wide and shallow. Many fragments of tiles and pottery and a bronze hairpin ... Roman. The camp is surrounded at some distance by 8 in deep trenches, which form an ellipse around a large area. They also extend S, taking a serpentine course and protecting another area. These are known as Oliver's Ditches, and are a decidedly later work." (S1). Not located, not on OS 1st edition etc.
Possibly equals BFD 001 moat.
Formerly recorded as BFD MISC
