Full Description

A historic assessment report was carried out on the property and determined that the timber framed rear of the building dates from the late 16th to early 17th century. The front of the property dates from the late 18th to early 19th century and appears to have cut through the front of the timber framed structure. The use of the earlier part of the building is unclear. The later frontage developments are clearly domestic, although brick vaults to the rear may be commercial in origin (S1).
