Full Description
2016: A single archaeological evaluation trench revealed two ditches and a pit of Roman date. One of the ditches that appears to be a continuation of a feature from MNL 637 located just to the north and seems to form a substantial boundary. It is likely that this feature marks the edge of the known Roman settlement in the area (see MNL 193 and MNL 637) (S1).
Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2015 (S2)
