Full Description
Aug 1997. Unlocated scatter of Roman metal artefacts from Scole-Stuston bypass area. 16 Roman coins dated between 1st and 4th centuries. Two Colchester derivate brooches. One bronze horse and rider type brooch. One pewter (?) spoon and a sheet bronze fragment of unknown use. Scatter believed to be from the parish of Oakley.
