Full Description
Unlocated findspot of a mediveal relief figurine. Pale yellowish metal with black disscolouration, heavily cleaned. Flat back with two integral rivets; the lower one surrounded by a patch of grey metal(solder?). A thin stub below the feet might be broken? Figure is a robed female, her left hand holding the cloth, the right projecting forwards at elbow level. Exact findspot unclear but from the Western Ditch area of Mildenhall Parish.
