September 2015. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty National Mapping Programme.
Fragmentary cropmarks of a possible boundary bank are visible on aerial photographs (S1) to the south of Sandy Lane, Sutton. Early Medieval pottery has been recovered from this field (SHER SUT 052), and it is possible that they are of medieval to post medieval date.
