Full Description
Extant milestone visible on the 1st edition Ordnance map (S1). The milestone is one of a series of milestones on the A144. The milestone was made by J. Garrett of Ipswich in 1818. The stone is inscribed 'Bramfield to London 98, Bunday 11, Halesworth 2, Ipswich 20, Saxmundham 9' (S2).
