Full Description

A human bone was found during the digging of a service trench. The find was reported to base police and then Suffolk police. CIS in Edinburgh report that it is a Saxon female femur, although it is unclear how they came to this conclusion. It is located close to known Saxon cemeteries and may indicate the location of another (S1).
