Full Description

"Early Iron Age pottery and hut sites" at TM 3688 4993 (S1)(R1). Scatter of pottery sherds, handmade, and one Belgic sherd. Concentrated in a natural hollow (S2).
S E West records, `Scattered `A' sherds and `black patches' are recorded from the Church fields, close to the Broom Covert (BUT 011) & Clump Road (BUT 014) sites'. Pottery includes a lugged sherd, however this may refer to BUT 008? (S1).
