Full Description
Medieval/post-medieval chess knight made of either walrus ivory or bone. Almost certainly from a high-class chess set it was found beneath the floor of Holy Trinity Church. Dating is uncertain but it is though to most likely to be 16th/17th century (S1)(S2).
