Full Description

Feature F1025 (dimensions: 1.65m length x O.90m width x O.54m depth) was the construction cut of a post medieval/modem brick-lined well with circular vertical sides. Only half the feature was visible in the trench and the base was not reached due to health and safety considerations. The uppermost well backfill (L1026) was yellowish beige coarse sand and gravel, (S1).
