Full Description

November 2017. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
Part of a rectilinear enclosure of unknown date is visible as an earthwork on imagery from a lidar survey flown in 2015 (S1). It could relate to the use of the area as a rabbit warren (SHER STN 035), or have defined an early plantation. Any above-ground remains of its western end appear to have been destroyed, perhaps during the construction of the adjacent forest road.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 28th November 2017.
