Full Description

2018: Two probable prehistoric struck flints (at two locations) were recovered from the trench spoilheaps during monitoring of ground works. The struck flint was a blue grey glassy flint. Hard hammer techniques were seen (S1)

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on details of discovery, (S2).
