Full Description
Catholic Apostolic Church (CAC) chapel originally assoctiated with the gatehouse and Cardinal Wolsey's ambitions for Ipswich (S1). Only one church in England remains in use by the CAC (Maida Vale, London) of the 200 (approx.) that once existed (S1). Abstracts from guidebooks, provide background historical context and information of similar establishments of the same era (S1). Correspondance through letters and the chapel's notable absence on modern maps reveal its demolished status, although the exact date of demolition is unclear (around 1980?) (S1). Hand-drawn plans of the building show the interior structure and exterior shape of the building as well as highlighting notable features through annotation (S1).
