Summary

A ring ditch, possibly the remains of a round barrow of Bronze Age date, is visible as cropmark approximately 120 metres to the west of Bucklesham Hall.

Full Description

Ring ditch, circa 25m in diameter, N of enclosures and other cropmarks - see BUC 011.
A ring ditch, possibly the remains of a round barrow of Bronze Age date, is visible as cropmark centred on circa TM254421, approximately 120 metres to the west of Bucklesham Hall, Bucklesham parish. The cropmark of the ditch is circa 3 metres wide and the ring ditch is approxiamtely 24 metres in diameter. A previously unrecorded ring ditch has been noted circa 30 metres to the south-east (BUC 081). (S3)
