Full Description
Icehouse still existed in 1990. The brick entrance in need of repair. The inside is igloo-shaped with a platform c.0.76m from the earth floor. From floor to ceiling it measures 3.2m and is about 5.5m across inside. This structure has since been used for storage. The ice house is approx 90m away from the Rectory, built in 1710. The building ceased to be a rectory in 1922 (S1).
