Full Description

Ring ditch (possible hut circle), circa 11m in diameter, to south of square enclosure HMY 001 (S1).
The possible Prehistoric or Roman hut circle, referred to above, can be seen at TM 28134210 on an aerial photograph taken in 1977. The ring ditch is sub-circular and 13.5m across its longest diameter. Its size suggests it is a hut circle rather than a round barrow, although it appears to be isolated and no relationship to the large rectangular enclosure is evident from the photograph (S1). (S2)
See SF3793 for the large rectangular enclosure.
