Pit - 9 feet diameter, C13 and ? C15 pottery, charcoal, oyster shells, bones (S1).
Coin of Claudius II, ploughed up 1910 (S1).
(N.B. Bath house report (SAL 001) refers to numerous Claudius II coins from S of Broughton Hall.)
