Full Description

Quarterly meeting Clare, September 14, 1848. The following presents were announced ... An ancient stone mortar, dug up in a garden at Clare, about eight feet below the surface, when a very old apple tree, which had died from natural decay, was removed, about five years since; by the Rev J Pemberton (S1).
