A steam fishing trawler, purchased by the Admiralty as an armed trawler in April 1909. After striking a mine laid by a German submarine, was beached first on Newcome Sand, then towed towards Lowestoft, sinking opposite Hamilton Dock, where she lay for many years. (4)
Purchased as a mine sweeper April 1909, wrecked 21.11.14 near Lowestoft. (3)
02-NOV-1914 Ashore 326ft N of G.E.RY CO Boundary, abreast of the coastguard station.
25-JUN-1925 Survey shows as stranded wreck.
01-SEP-1931 Dispersed to a least depth of 6ft. Debris stands 2ft and, in one place, 3ft above seabed.
05-JAN-1961 Swept - clear at 5.5ft, foul at 6ft.
14-NOV-1969 Although dispersed there appears to be a good deal of wreckage remaining. Least echosounder depth 3.2 in general depth 4.7m. Scour depth 7.7m. Seabed generally flat.
09-OCT-1970 Examined in 52 28 36N 001 45 54E. Least echosounder depth 3.0 in general depth 4.5m. No scour.
21-JUN-1971 Position 52 28 35N 001 45 55E. Least echosounder depth 2.8 in general depth 5-6m. Scour depth 6.2m.
16-NOV-1972 Position 52 28 36N 001 45 54E, least depth 3.0 in 4-5m.
12-SEP-1973 Position 52 28 37N 001 45 53E. Least echosounder depth 3.6 in general depth 4-5m. Scour depth 6.2m, and more apparent than wreck.
26-JAN-1976 Position 52 28 36N 001 45 54E. Least echosounder depth 1.8 in general depth 4m. No scour.
13-SEP-1978 Position 52 28 36N 001 45 56E. Least echosounder depth 2.2 in general depth 4m. No scour.

07-MAY-1991 Located in 52 28 36.8N 001 45 56E. General depth now 5m. Not examined.
13-JUN-1992 Located in 52 28 34.9N 001 45 55.1E. Not examined. Small magnetic deflection noted.(1)
