Monument record KNN 041 - Possible medieval or post medieval enclosures and field boundary ditches

A group of possible medieval or post medieval enclosures and field boundary ditches can be seen on EH Reconnaissance aerial photographs taken in 2011. These largely rectilinear enclosures are situated to the east of Oaktree Farm at TM 1960 6472 and though incorporated into a larger medieval or post medieval field system may be earlier in date. This field system extends to the north and south and there may be some association with a medeival/post medieval farmstead to the south (NRHE 1586923) (S1).
