Collided with trawler 'Erycina' at moorings and sank, Plymouth Sound, 27.1.32; salvaged; Makers Brough by sea 4.3.32; converted to Mk V; first flight 2.1.33; Marine Aircraft Experimental Establishment 2.1.33. sank in night at moorings in gale off Felixstowe, 3.1.33.
