Bombed and sunk by German aircraft, 1941.
02-SEP-1941 Position 52 27 50N 001 47 23E. Lies 035/215 degrees.
05-SEP-1942 Searched, not found. May have dispersed or been covered.
23-DEC-1949 Dispersed. Drift swept clear at 13ft in general depth
15ft [MLWS].
05-JUL-1989 Sonar contact in area of sandwaves examined in 52 27 51N
001 47 25E. Nothing found shoaler than crest of sandwave at 6.2m.
Scour found depth 9.8m. Produced magnetometer deflection.
11-MAY-1992 Located by magnetometer only.
