Full Description
Archaeological evaluation identified little archaeological evidence, with only one chalk and gravel drainage ditch being identified, the course of which was detected across multiple trenches. This reflects the results of the geophysical survey. This ditch fed into a brick-walled sump in the east of the site and likely dated to the construction of the manor in the 1920s (S1).
