Full Description
A long single storey building built of brick, wood and slate, behind the former mill. It was constructed in 1863 by Thomas holland and occupied by three stay making firms, with the last being Thomas Pretty of Ipswich. During the 1930s the building became a skittle alley until 1944 when it was occupied by CAV producing diesel fuel injection equipment. The building contained 20trh century modifications including doorways and steel trusses. No surviving historic fittings or fixtures survive to indicate the original use of the building (S1)
