Summary
One tranchet axe, one pick, four cores, 16 unretouched blades/flakes (one 13cm long), two scrapers, one microlith. Also Fine Neolithic flint sickle found in mud on river bank of River Orwell `close to Orwell Bridge when new bridge being built' (circa 1982). Sold (for 20 pounds) to person with him (a collector from Brantham). Information from unnamed man at Suffolk Show.

Full Description
Pre 1948? One tranchet axe, one pick, four cores, 16 unretouched blades/flakes (one 13cm long), two scrapers, one microlith. Found on shore of Orwell, some marked "in situ below alluvium" and "alluvium". Grid reference general (S1, S2).
Circa 1982: Fine flint sickle found in mud on river bank of River Orwell `close to Orwell Bridge when new bridge being built' (circa 1982). Sold (for 20 pounds) to person with him (a collector from Brantham). Information from unnamed man at Suffolk Show (S3).
Likely duplicate of IPS 008, (IAS 9106) (in part).
