Monument record ARW 012 - Post Medieval field boundaries and trackways, visible on aerial photographs.

Rectilinear field boundaries, running NW-SE, and forming approximately four square/rectangular fields. A curvilinear boundary runs approximately N from the SE end of the complex (S1)(S2).
Field boundaries and trackways and a possible rectilinear enclosure of possible Post Medieval date are visible as cropmarks of ditches on aerial photographs, centred on TM 21803426 to the south of Church Farm in Erwarton parish. Some elements of the cropmark ditches, such as located at TM 21703420 and TM 21903418, appear to be very similar to the modern landscape pattern and may even be of modern date. The possible rectilinear enclosure, centred on TM 21643445, is about 54m in width and appears to be on a similar alignment to the Post Medieval field boundaries shown on the Ordnance Survey 1st edition 25" map of 1881 (S3). Photograph (S2) shows field boundaries shown on the map (S3) . The trackway and field boundaries centred on TM 21793462 appear as though they may also be related to the Post Medieval landscape.
