Full Description
Site of the Metfield Airfield Site.No3. The site comprised of Officers Quarters, Sergeants Quarters, Airmens Quarters, Officer's Ablutions & Latrines, Sergeants and Airmen's Ablutions & Drying room, Airmen's latrines, Sergeants Latrines, Picket Post, emergency water system tank and air raid shelters. This was recorded as part of the Eighth in the East Project (S1,S2).
