Full Description
"Flint implements found, 1923" (S1).
Beside Icknield Way, land classification was then woodland 5 (S2).
As there are no further details or images, a date from Lower Palaeolithic to Iron Age is possible. Gravel workings in the vicinity visible on early OS maps so its possible that finds came from these locations, (S3).
