Full Description
1963: Sherds of Ipswich and Thetford ware, Medieval and Post Medieval pottery (S1-S4).
1981: There was a large group of Stoneware (late 15th century) from 'peaty' pit during excavation of foundations for redevelopment (S2,S3).
1960s? Skeleton foun by Alfred Horne, night watchman at Corders, used for teaching purposes at the local school, now lost. This could be a saxon gracev as it is assumed that the medieval friary cemetery did not go further north than the buttermarket (street). (S5)
