Full Description

Moat (site of).
Small rectangular moat adjacent to Tithe Farm. Moat was filled in in the 1950s, pond on the NE corner survives as a depression. Site is now ploughed (1983). C13-C14 pottery (some possibly as early as C12) and oyster shells found on the site of the moat (S1).
