Full Description

Moat, Rookery Farm. Three sides of a small rectangular moat, water-filled. A late C17-early C18 farm house occupies the fourth side. Farm buildings include an early-mid C17 barn.
1839 Tithe Apportionment : owner Edward Freestone, esquire ; occupier - John Carley (S1).
1984 A small amount of C14 - C16 pottery (S2).
