Full Description
Distinct ring ditch, circa 25-30m diameter, close to smaller causewayed ring ditch & possible second - see (S2). Within field ditch system complex (S1).
Three cropmarks are visible on OS air photographs 74/090/350 as
follows:
TL 90823367 Ringditch 10.0m diameter.
TL 90853363 Ringditch 18.0m diameter.
TL 90863358 Ringditch 21.0m diameter.
All the features are on flat arable land adjacent to the River
Stour; perambulation produced no significant finds or surface
evidence.
