Full Description

Road, 32 inches thick, 21 feet 6 inches wide, flanking ditches 6 feet wide. Running SSW/NNE. C1-C2 pottery in ditches. Later re-cutting ditches on outside. Circular oven, probably late C2 overlaying W inner road ditch. An infant burial was nearby (S1)(S2). For finds details see (S2). Linear area of excavation needs defining on HER map.
