Full Description
Glass urn hermitically sealed, containing a considerable number of bones, and a lachrymatory, found at Osterfield, 1758 (S2).
A short distance from Haverhill, still not on, but a little distance from the main line, and probably a Rom burial place, said to be the resting place of the remains of Scapula Ostorius at one time the Roman governor of Britain who died AD 55 (S1).
