Full Description
Iron Age Pot.
Found 12 yards NNE of Elveden Post Office. ? possible site of IA burial with tankard found circa 1888 (ELV 005)(S1), labelled in cabinet as from same cemetery as tankard. Described on card as `B' type with beaded rim, burnished surface and carinated, 15 cms (?high)(S2). Also hand-made IA pot labelled `from site of Elveden PO' in Elveden Estate Museum (S3).
