Full Description
Round Barrow.
1936: Photograph, NWHCM (S2).
1959: 5 feet high, diameter 39 paces. Much spread and rabbit-burrowed. Fir trees of 'belt' encroach on mound but top is clear (S3).
1962: Much spread bowl barrow now measuring 26m NE-SW and 20m transversely, 1m high. No trace of ditch. Partly overgrown and generally in poor condition (S1).
1976: In a clearing between two plantations of trees. Has a track on its S side and a rubble dump on its W side. Mound is grassed, circa 28m in diameter, 0.93m high (S4).
1986: Approximately 50m SW of Black Hill (TRS 003); surviving as spread mound, circa 30m diameter, 1m high, covered with grass, nettles and a few trees (S5).
February 1998: Scheduled (together with TRS 003) - details in (S5).
