Full Description
Possible ring ditch, circa 25m diameter (S1).
Row of three ring ditchs running NW-SW (S2)
The indicated site lies on the south side of a chalk ridge, at present under plough, which has previously been industrially worked. No evidence of a ring ditch could be seen, but at the
approximate site given, is the remains of a ploughed infilled pit, which would show as a circular mark on air photographs; it seems likely that it is this that was noted by authority 1. (S3)
