Full Description
1976 and 1979: Fieldwalking by Walsham History Group. Finds: one C13 base, one C14/C15 sherd, one lava quern fragment, quantity of C18-C20 sherds and one hand-made brick, in an area 15 metres square.
In 1577 tenant was William Howes (S1).
Sited on N edge of former Cranmer Green, for other Med and PMed sites on or bordering Cranmer Green, see WLW 8, 16, 22-40, 70-72 and 80.
