Full Description
1981: Small scatter C13 pottery found in area 20m square, 1 C13 rim and 7 C13 sherds. Also small quantity PMed.
1577 Field book (folio 88a) records 'it is said yt a wyndemylne sometymes stode wherof', i.e. mill was gone by 1577 (S1). Adjoining lane is Mill Lane. Also Rom pottery.
