Full Description
Large patch burnt flint, approximately rectangular, and black soil sited on slightly rising ground in field belonging to (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). Flints similar to those found at Broom Hills and the patch is about 4 inches thick. No pottery found. (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) makes definite site location impossible (S1).
Basil Brown reports "ploughed out earthworks are in vicinity of patch" (S1).
